General Questions

Since we use a third-party print shop to print and ship your products, once an order is placed and shipped by them, we will not be able to cancel it. However, if your order has not yet been printed, please feel free to contact us by email, and we may be able to modify or cancel it.

Feel free to email us at AbhayShrey@GreenShutter.org, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible! We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours, but occasionally, there might be a slight delay due to schoolwork. Thanks for your understanding!

Due to the custom nature of our prints, we are unable to accept returns. However, please contact us, and on a case-by-case basis, we may offer a refund after deducting printing, processing, and return shipping costs.

We use Stripe for payments, which accepts all major credit cards in the U.S.

Print Questions

Silver Halide is the classic darkroom technology where the paper is exposed to light, and the image is revealed on paper using chemicals. All our photo prints use this process.

Yes. All of our photo prints are archival. Photo Prints are printed using a silver halide process on Luster Paper.

No Border prints have border of 0.25 in and White Border prints have border of 0.5 in.  We do not guarantee perfectly even borders on photo prints.

All of our original photos have a 4×6 ratio. For print sizes with different aspect ratios, we will crop the photos, focusing on the center of the image. If you prefer to avoid cropping, we offer a letterboxing option. Letterboxing preserves the full length and width of the image by adding white borders to the sides or top and bottom, ensuring the entire photo remains visible.
